The Care Coordinator Administrator supports the dedicated Care Coordinators for Novocure patients and caregivers.

 

The Care Coordinator Administrator will have a strong understanding of the patient forward mission and will need to be a collaborator with strong communication skills.

 

This is a non-exempt position with hours of Monday-Friday from 8:30am to 5pm.

 

The Care Coordinator Administrator is based in our Portsmouth, NH office and reports to the Supervisor, Care Coordinators.

 

 

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Perform outbound scheduled calls for treatment end equipment retrieval
  • Process Household Income Verification Letters
  • Manages all aspects of support needed for Open Houses
  • All consent form and service agreement follow up
  • Managing any certified letters
  • Chart reviews
  • Floater for Care Coordinators as needed
  • Data entry and documentation management
  • Use of company specific CRM and ERP software platforms according to SOPs (SAP CRM and ECC)
  • Operates under close supervision of Supervisor
  • Prepare correspondence and documents, including spreadsheets and reports
  • Liaise with remote and local field team members
  • Perform other duties as requested

 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2-year college degree preferred
  • Patient-facing health care experience
  • Basic knowledge of Medicare, managed care, third party payers and Medicaid is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Protected Health Information and The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) Privacy and Security guidelines.
  • Working knowledge of legal and regulatory environment, with corresponding Guidelines (ACCME, AdvaMED, FDA, )
  • Solid working knowledge in the use of Excel, Word, and Outlook

Working Conditions:

  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
  • The employee is expected to work 5 days per week from the Portsmouth, NH facility
  • Ability to work remotely if needed or after normal work hours
