The Product Manager (PM) is a full-time exempt position located in New York, NY, reporting to the Associate Director of Marketing. The PM will be a key member of the Novocure US Business Unit and responsible for supporting key customer strategy & planning such as advisory board meetings, symposia, speaker's bureau, and KOL engagement strategy. The PM will work closely with a multitude of cross-functional partners including Legal, Medical Affairs, Clinical, Sales, and Business Operations to ensure full organizational alignment with the commercialization strategy for Optune. 


The PM is primarily responsible for supporting the development and execution of KOL strategies and tactics.  Builds and maintains collaborative, mutually beneficial partnerships with external opinion leaders.  Collaborates as a member of the marketing team in the development of overall brand strategy and execution of tactics.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage the KOL engagement plan in collaboration with R&D, Medical Affairs & Field Medical colleagues
Support the development of promotional and educational material for key customer segments
Monitor and manage the impact on program planning and execution of new developments in the regulatory, legal and policy environments
Support successful execution of advisory board plans
Manage active speakers bureau including training of speakers and coordination of program execution
Travel is a required component of this job. Candidates should be willing to travel up to 50% of the time including weekends


Bachelor's degree required
Advanced scientific degree such as MD, Pharm D, PhD or an advanced business degree such as an MBA is desirable
A minimum of 3 years of related work experience in healthcare industry marketing
Oncology and/or Device experience preferred


Ability to build and maintain partnerships with key opinion leaders
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
Willingness to take on multiple tasks simultaneously and perform at high levels
Understanding of the activities, regulations, and processes required for successful product marketing in the healthcare industry
The incumbent should excel in all phases of project management (program initiation to launch); be detail-oriented; have strong written and verbal communication skills and be a self-starter who takes initiative
Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, CRM databases
