The Healthcare Provider Coordinator II (HCP) serves as the single point of communications for physicians and their office support staff at Novocure. The HCP Coordinator II will have a strong understanding of the patient forward mission and will need to be a collaborator with strong communication skills.


Essential Responsibilities:

  • Transactional Activities
  • Receipt of prescriptions
  • Data entry
  • Communication with offices to complete prescriptions
  • Documentation management
  • All inbound/outbound communications with offices
  • All patient status updates for offices
  • Relationship Activities
  • Communications/coordination of all activities for group of offices in a region
  • Single point of communication with offices
  • Coordination with other staff assigned to region
  • Relationship with office staff
  • Understand office processes and day-to-day experience
  • Customize communications based on office experience
  • Use of company specific CRM and ERP software platforms according to SOPs
  • Operates independently with minimal direction


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2-year college degree
  • Experience coordinating with health care offices/administration
  • Basic knowledge of Medicare, managed care, third party payers and Medicaid is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Protected Health Information and The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) Privacy and Security guidelines.
  • Working knowledge of legal and regulatory environment, with corresponding Guidelines (ACCME, AdvaMED, FDA, )
  • Solid working knowledge in the use of Excel, Word, and Outlook

Working Conditions:

  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
  • The employee is expected to work 5 days per week from the Portsmouth, NH facility
  • Ability to work remotely if needed or after normal work hours
