The PM of Marketing is a full-time exempt position located in New York, NY reporting to the Associate Director of Marketing. The PM is a key member of the US Business Unit who will support and execute on Health Care Professional promotional and non-personal tactics. The PM will work closely with a multitude of cross-functional partners including market research, sales team, sales training, legal, medical affairs  and business operations to ensure organizational alignment with the brand promotions tactics for Optune.  . 


Essential Functions / Responsibilities:


The PM will support the AD in the development of marketing strategies, execution and measurement of programs and tactics to support the growth of Optune targeted towards HCP segments.


Key activities include:


Develops and executes HCP marketing programs and tactics to support the growth of Optune
Works in a team-based environment assisting in the development of promotional tactics to maximize sales and market share of Optune  
Considers/identifies new tactics and vendors to challenge the team's thinking and raise the level of performance, ultimately finding ways to do more with less
Establishes a relationship with the sales and thought leader liaison team and training team to ensure flawless execution in programming pull through
Manages relationships with agencies including digital and media partners and budgets to ensure cost-effective allocation of resources
Evaluates the effectiveness of promotional programs through brand KPIs and other metrics to optimize efforts and achieve brand objectives
Supports the AD of Marketing by providing recommendations for HCP and channel investments, as well as agency selection
Manages integration of digital/web properties and application of the CRM system
Performs other responsibilities to meet the demands of the changing business and company environment
Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and legal guidelines
Travel is a required component of this job. Candidates could be traveling up to 25% of the time including weekends

Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements:


Demonstrated ability to work independently and in collaborative team environment
Commercialization experience that have yielded an understanding of the activities, regulations, and processes required for successful product marketing
Operates quickly and decisively in a fast-paced, demanding innovative environment
Demonstrated ability to be resourceful in an entrepreneurial work environment, which includes ability to roll up sleeves and lead or contribute to a project in a direct capacity
The incumbent should excel in all phases of project management (program initiation to launch); be detail-oriented; have strong written and verbal communication skills and be a self-starter who takes initiative

Required Experience:


Bachelor's degree required 
A minimum of 2 years of related work experience in healthcare industry marketing in either pharmaceuticals or medical device
A minimum of 2 years in Marketing working with healthcare professionals
Launch and in-line brand management experience highly desirable


Preferred Experience:
Experience marketing in the US market
Corporate vs. agency marketing preferred
Sales experience desirable
Advanced business degree such as an MBA desirable
2 years of Oncology, Immunology, Neurology or Hematology experience
