As one of two team members in the Investor Relations function, you will play a critical and direct role in creating and presenting a consistent investor value proposition to Novocure's investment community and monitoring and presenting a relevant summary of investor feedback regarding company performance to senior leadership.

Novocure is an oncology company developing a profoundly different cancer treatment utilizing a proprietary therapy called TTFields, the use of electric fields tuned to specific frequencies to disrupt solid tumor cancer cell division.

We are looking for a strong communicator, passionate educator and financial analyst extraordinaire who thrives on the daily dialogue surrounding financial markets while understanding that long-term value will always carry the day.



  • Develop Novocure Investor Relations into a best-in-class function
  • Support the development and maintenance of Novocure's investor relations plan
  • Leverage equity surveillance tools to monitor shareholder trandes and advise on the optimum type and mix of shareholers
  • Participate actively and enthusiatically in an ongoing dialogue with company management around performance and organizational develpments and develop investor relations messages based upon these changes
  • Create presentations, press releases and other communication materials for earnings, industry events, and presentations to analysts and investors
  • Participate in the review of all annual reports, SEC filings and proxy statements
  • Manage the investors portal on the corporate website
  • Monitor analyst reports and summarize them for senior management
  • Organize conferences, road shows, earnings calls and investor meetings
  • Manage inbound inquiries to the investor relations email and phone line
  • Maintain a first-class relaionship with C-suite executives to ensure adequate IR support for non-deal roadshows and company presentations
  • Travel as necessary to meet with investors
  • Develop materials for audit committee and board presentations

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Strong analytical skills and decision-making capability
  • Knowledge of Regulation FD and SEC reporting
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex issues, both in written and oral form
  • Demonstrated ability to work calmly and maintain good judgement in fast-paced, high-stress environments while managing multiple projects simultaneously
